I'm Andrew Davies, a Project and Production Manager with more than 18 years of experience in the conference and live event industry. 

During my career I have worked with some of the UK's leading production companies to deliver successful product launches, sporting promotional events, business conferences, roadshows, and a variety of large scale exhibitions all over the world.

As an accomplished project manager I offer a range of skills and experience including:

• Budget control and attention to detail
• I have an extensive supplier base across Europe, North America, India, North Africa, China, the Middle East and Australia.
• Excellent technical knowledge of lighting, sound, video projection and audience response.
• CAD and 3D modelling (see an example here)
• Excellent knowledge of set and staging construction methods & rigging.
• Experience and success in delivering a range of events through a career encompassing Roadshows, Exhibitions, Conferences, Product launches and events of all shapes and sizes

I am based in South East London, with easy access to central London in around 30 minutes or less.
